Somet Integration specializes in design and implementation of complex turnkey projects. It provides project managers and guidance by certified in-house engineers, qualified at manufacturer training centers to provide comprehensive solutions.
The Company’s project portfolio includes:
- Implementing end-to-end Data Center facility projects operating at mVAs power, including InRow and InRoom cooling systems, UPS systems and batteries, busbars, communication
- and server racks, control systems and software for energy infrastructure management. In addition, the Company provides service at the customer’ssite after project handover.
- Implementing UPS and battery projects at a power of 12 MVA including electrical infrastructures, DC panels, and battery control and management systems.
- Design and implementation of a sophisticated control system including smart electrical systems, multimedia and communication systems, dedicated furniture for dozens of call center operators and provision of comprehensive support after project handover.
- Design and implementation of mobile UPS and battery plants including a dedicated mobile structure, electrical infrastructures and cooling and communication systems.
Somet Integration offers 24/7 service through a support center, service engineers and certified technicians throughout Israel. Service includes a computerized spare parts warehouse having an inventory of thousands of items to ensure the uninterrupted operational and business flow of Company customers. As part of customer service, Somet Integration carries out ongoing proactive maintenance and breakdown repair, in accordance with manufacturer instructions and in compliance with international ISO quality and service standards.

• Electrical and IT Infrastructure
Somet has more than 25 years of expertise in the electrical and IT infrastructure domain. Their activities in these industries date back to an exclusive distributorship of electromechanical components manufactured by the French company Merlin Gerin (one of the pillars of the industry leader – Schneider Electric). Today, Somet operates two companies in this space: Somet Technologies and Somet Integration.
Somet Technologies is engaged in the construction and maintenance of large installations. Their services range from site design to a complete turnkey installation, including the switchboards, UPS, battery bank and generator, as well as 24/7 site coverage by a comprehensive service contract. Somet has played a major role in the largest and most complex site installations in Israel. In addition, the company’s US stand-by location has supplied massive projects to the IDF. Since 2003, the group has expanded its distribution activities in a joint venture with Phoenix Contact GmbH & Co. KG, the leading German manufacturer engaged in marketing, distribution, and engineering support for electrical goods and electronics control.
• Food and Beverage
For the last 12 years, Somet’s network has included franchises of a leading caf. in Israel (Aroma), which pioneered on-site fresh food preparation in the local market. Group holdings include five branches of the eatery, including one at Ben Gurion Airport. Somet is currently exploring the possibility of expanding this concept into overseas markets.
• Durable Medical Equipment
Somet Group, along with its partner company, Somet Medical Supply located in Tbilisi, Georgia, specializes in the marketing of medical equipment to local hospitals and medical facilities. The company represents more than 30 leading manufacturers of medical equipment and supplies from around the world.
• Real Estate for the Hi-Tech Sector
Somet’s income-producing real estate ventures concentrate on “build and lease” activities for high technology companies. The company’s list of long-term tenants includes high ranked companies such as: Elbit Systems, Schneider Electric, I-scan Robotics and others. The leases are designed to provide the tenant with high flexibility in renting areas according to their business cycle. Somet is active in this area both in Israel and abroad.
• Transportation
The Somet Truck Center is a full service and maintenance facility for heavy-duty trucks offering 24 hour emergency repair and service, spare parts and tires. Currently in an expansion phase, the truck center has a central hub located in Elizabeth New Jersey, and repair facilities conveniently located near all major highways and within 1.5 hours drive from each other.
• Renewable Energy
Somet has recently expanded its activities into a field of the future – biological fuel substitutes. Under the company name MB7 Ltd., the company is developing a green fuel additive that is designed to increase engine effectiveness while drastically reducing both operating costs and any negative impact on the environment.
The product has already piqued the interest of both large gas manufacturers and large diesel consuming countries. In addition, Somet owns several oil wells in the US.
